Registered attendees are responsible for their own audio and video functioning properly. Each school will have a waiting room in place and the sessions will be timed.

What to expect at the fair?
Parents and caregivers will have the opportunity to talk directly to the many child care programs throughout the county in a virtual setting using Zoom.
Do I need a Zoom account?
The programs will be responsible for providing Zoom links that parents will access from the Participating Programs page. Parents and caregivers are not required to have a Zoom account.
How do I visit the programs?
Registered parents/caregivers will receive an email with a link to access the preschool fair page and to visit the early childhood programs that you would like to know more about. The directory of programs will be separated into the categories of Infant Care, Preschool, and School Age. Each program will contain a link that will provide access to the Zoom room for that program. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam or junk folders.
Can I virtually visit more than one program?
Parents and caregivers will be able to access as many programs as they would like during the 3-hour virtual fair.
Is there a schedule?
Programs will operate information sessions on 15-minute intervals on the quarter hour allowing a limited number of participants into a room during each 15-minute session. Sessions will start at 10:00am and change every 15 minutes.
What Should I do if I am having problems with Zoom?

How do I exit the Zoom to go to visit another school?
In the lower-left of your Zoom window, you should see a button that says End, click the button. You may also need to click the button that says Leave Meeting depending on whether you are on a phone, desktop or tablet. You should then return to the preschool directory page to visit the next school.
